Time with Ty

This past weekend Kylie and Ty came to visit. Craig's parents were also here. As was a heat-wave, so it made for a bit of a sweltering, full - but fun-filled - house.

Kylie and Ty arrived soon after I was done work on Friday and we took Maggie for a walk/swim at Elk Lake. Between cooing over Ty and swooning over my über-cute dog - people didn't know which way to turn when we were around. We hit up the mall on the way home as Sephora opened that day...much coveting was done. We ordered pizza for dinner, watched a movie with Jim & Yvonne and were off to bed.

Saturday was busy with the most delectable breakfast, walking around downtown, checking out the International Dragon Boat Festival, incredibly delicious creamsicle ice cream from Sweet Memories, dinner of steaks on the newly finished patio, cards in the waning sunlight and popsicles galore.

Sunday was yet another breakfast out - this time joined by Craig, Jim & Yvonne. Soon enough Kylie and Ty had to be on their way and the rest of us went to pick up Maggie to take her to the lake to cool off. I changed into my swimming suit to join her in the water and the rest of the crew just enjoyed throwing the ball for her and laughing at our antics.
